All our items are brand new, unless otherwise stated and the actual images of the items are shown in the photos. We accept returns as long as the item is returned in its original condition, within 7 days from the delivery date.
The postage costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
If the buyer is returning the product because of our mistake then we will bear the cost of sending the item back to the buyer.

No refunds or returns will be accepted if you have changed your mind about the product(s).

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us by email within one week of receiving your order and we will resolve the issue.
Items for return/exchange must be in original and unused condition and in the packaging in which you received them. We will respond to you detailing the address to return your purchase.
You will receive an email when the returned parcel has been received and the order total will be refunded back into the appropriate account within 5 working days. Any postage charges applied to the original order (if applicable) will not be refunded.
